Every citizen has a fundamental right to form a cooperative society. But a cooperative society cannot be formed by one person alone. On who is convinced of the goal a cooperative society can help achieve the best, he has to convince several other individuals. For example if you want to start a multistate / multi-purpose cooperative society, you need to lay down the purposes of such cooperative society and convince at least 50 individuals in every state in which you have planned to start cooperative society.
