My father opened a RD A/C in Sahara Credit Cooperative Society in Margherita Branch (Assam). The A/C has maturate but they are not returning our maturity amount. We request them that we need the amount coz we have to pay our loan.
But the Branch Manager told us that they have shortage of fund and told again reinvest it for 18 months scheme.
In this regard I request you to guide me how can we get our money back. We shall be very grateful for your help.

I can understand your plight and that of lacs of other people who trusted the powerful business man. Bad Luck. Its outcome depends of Supreme Court’s directions which nobody knows.
