We have 133 member of society we elected the committee member in September 2013 in AGM by raising hand we did not called election commission for election because we are not aware about new rule we regularly sending AGM copy to Dy registrar. Suddenly Dy registrar send a notice that your society has appointed an authorized officer your Managing committee is suspended because your election was not valid please give the key of society office to authorized officer.
Can you give the suggestion all society member is with committee except 5 person?

The Notice issued by the Dy Registrar is as per Provisions of Section 77A. This officer should hold elections also manage the society and before end of 6 months he has to hand over the management to New Committee.
