1.Can Housing Associations bar owners from leasing out their premises to group rental companies(NestAway)?
- We use Generators and project power which is low quality expensive power as also water from tankers as the builder is blaming the state agencies for the problem. Can we legally shut off supply to Owners who do not pay maintenance on time.

- Selection of tenants by a flat owner not occupying the flat himself is subject to conditions laid out in bye laws as applied by the Committee to each case.
- Maintenance (supply of amenities) and Payment of maintenance can not be directly linked. Matter of default in payments are to be referred to Authorities for collection but supplies can not be disrupted for non-payment.
