I am a resident of Sion Koliwada, Mumbai. Our vicinity comprises of 25 Buildings allotted to us as Refugee Camps during India’s partition.
The Buildings are been declared as dilapidated by the BMC and have recently received Civil Court’s Order to demolish the building following Power and Water cut. Since then our primary concern is to acquire a stay on the notice. The Buildings were back registered in 2008 by a Developer but no initiative was taken to keep the Society functional.
Our society is registered but I have no details. Can you please help me how shall I go ahead pulling out details and making my society functional.
