Query of Urmila

My society in the E ward is going to have election next month.  Ours is 215 members’ society.

My query is can one person who is contesting society elections for last 18 years can now contest the coming elections of the Society?

Person having more than 2 children who is 55 years can he contest this society election?

Person had faced criminal case on behalf of society in connection with parking issue which has been minutized and also the person who had filed the criminal case has withdrawn the case and order has been recently passed.  Can this person contest election?
