in our society @ andheri west has been signed for redevelopment agreement with builder in 2008 & have added the clause open agreement sir since last 8/9 we are heldup
sir builder have take most of the permission spended money in repairing passing plans but no solutions & our Mc is busy with there internal affairs
sir still the issues are going on sometimes non transparency with managing committee whoever is been present or past committee
sometimes with builder , we are been suffered since so many years pl request u to give us the solution

Redevelopment Projects face problems from builder and Committee is also not taking genuine interest. Revelopment is a Pecial Majority Project and not just Committee but the 75% of members must take interest by keeping watch. Unless there is unity amongst members development most often goes out of track. So try to gather maximum members to gather and consult a lawyer for action by him.
