Kindly guide whether registration compulsory in co operative hsg society in Mumbai Maharashtra, As M C A Act 1960 sec 41 provide exemption for the same and as per model by law 2014 it seem compulsory for new member for registration ?

Registration of what? Have you got anything to register? And you are not sure whether it should be registered or not?
Generally Registration is of Agreement to get a date demitted in case of any dispute about the subject matter of that agreement at a later as an evidence of what is written therein. So what is it that you want guidance for?
