I have a flat in ambernath state maharashtra I had given that flat on rent to auto driver
But societies secretary and society members are not allowing his auto in parking and there is open parking are available they are stating he is a rikshadriver and we are not allowing rented person for riksha parking. What should I do please suggest proper law
