I seek your advice on the point
A shop was purchased in three name –1) Father -“A” 2) Elder son “B” and 3) younger son “C”
Facts : Father has expired in the year 2000. In the year 2018, Release deed was executed by the family member (daughters of “A”) in favour therefore the name of “A” was deleted from the membership and on share certificate issued by the society
Now “C” desire to give gift to “B”, is there any restriction for the same?
