My name is Sumana Mondal of Kolkata,have term deposit in Sahara multi state co operative for RS 75000 commencement on 14-01-2012 for 8.5years,with given pre stage maturity facilities that recorded in the back side of the certificate after 5 years onwards.
On urgent need of my life I wanted to make pre maturity on01-05-2017,I contacted with the concerned Branch,They directly refused to pay it also refused to give me any written documents of their incapability.
Even they didn’t bother to accept any complaint about this.

Cooperatives are service providers as per contracts.Failure to allow premature withdrawal of Deposit though agreed in writing amounts to “deficiency in service” to the consumer. You can file a Complaint Petition in the Court of Consumer Complaint Redressal Forum. Every district has a forum and your claims up to Rs10 Lacs are to be examined in this court. You file a complaint and you can argue the case yourself. It is fast and not very expensive also.
