Can a Managing Committee could take a disciplinary action against a member who had given a false report in the A G M and to August body of a member , where the member has got a clean chit after M C members visited the house who lodged a complaint , found no leakages from the above flat , where he falsely told in the A G M , and minutes of the inspection give a clean chit to the above flat member, under which section of the bye laws M C takes action and in the coming A G M in September , I want to expose him to the August body , creating and false report , thanks , waiting for your reply.
