This is regarding the enquiries made by me to The Mysore Silk Cloth Merchants Co operative Bank Ltd, No. 6, Hospital Road, Bangalore – 560053 related to accounts and personal loans of me and my family members.
For almost four years I am regularly writing to the Chief executive of the Bank and requesting him to provide me with the clarifications for the proceedings the Bank have taken against me and my family.
The Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Bank well aware that the proceedings are illegal since the formalities they have followed only to harass me because some of the Directors of the Bank are close friends of my partner and his family and every procedure should have been taken on both of our families simultaneously as the transactions are one and the same.
I have complained with the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Cooperation Minister of Karnataka, Reserve Bank of India, Registrar of Co operative Societies in karnataka, Joint Registrar of Co operative Societies in Karnataka and Assistant Registrar Of cooperative Societies in Karnataka all are located in Bangalore by sending the Xerox Copies of the correspondance I have done with the Mysore Silk Cloth Merchants Co operative Bank Ltd.
I am now aged 70 Years and donot have capacity to approach the court of law, manual back up also in finance. I am at present living at the mercy of relatives of my wife who have provided me shelter to live.
Kindly help me to get relieved of the torture and agony we are suffering for the last four years.
