I am from Maharashtra, I am having following query:
1)What is the difference between Credit cooperative Society and Credit Cooperative Bank?
2)Which form is more suitable for law in Maharashtra?

Cooperative Bank is like a bank and is governed by RBI regulations and Banking Companies Act etc. Credit Society delas in members money with its own regulations and can not enagage in banking work It depends upon the need of the persons involved Law does not suit more to ne and less to others.
