This is our second worst experience..we are from Thirumalaya palem and customer of DCCB of Thirumalayapalem..3 weeks back we gave the cheque to the person amount of 30000..but the Bank employees transfer the money Two times by taking Single Cheque..after we check the bank book they written two times one is 6th feb and another one 9th feb...we shocked at that time and went to the bank and asked about double transaction on single cheque..the dccb Thirumalaya palem bank manager said the mistake was done by main branch go and meet the main branch manager..we asked her how they did mistake when my bank account is here? If we not check the details which they wrote on the bank book then we loss the 30000 rupees..still they are not giving proper answer… please take an action on them and solve the problem.. Thank you.

    Mr Shiva,
Please give written teller to the bank..(1)Ask the shortfall of Rs 30000/- without txn done by them, how and why ? (2) say them to return the amount with interest.
Take acknowledgement of the same from bank. even if the queery not resolved, give second letter and take receiving from them.
forward these two copies to RBI nodal officer.
Bank will reach at your door.
    Best of luck
