Query of Sharad Chandra Danej

Just a week ago, election was held in our CHS. The election was conducted by the Election Officer on Sunday. We have displayed the list of MC members and Officer-bearers as per the Election Officers instructions. Now the election officer says there was a mistake and he would dissolve the MC and conduct fresh election. He is also demanding bribe. Can he do that? If so, how and why?

An early response will be appreciated.

The Elected Committee should not bow down to Oral order of the Election Authority. Elected Chairman/Secretary should Make a written request to Election Officer to display on Notice Board  another direction about the fresh elections which is to be issued by the same Authority who issued instructions under which the Committee and Office Bearers were elected.

Endorse a copy of this written request to Deputy Registrar of the Ward (he is also a Ward Cooperative Election Officer) and to the District Deputy Registrar who is a District Cooperative Election Authority. Do not hear to any instructions which are not issued by his higher Authority. He can not do any thing without such written directions.
