I have a following query-there is no good terms in committees. secretary take decision which is not in favor.
He only signed AGM minutes and call for meeting without taking chairman in to the confidence specially he has purchase flats and approved in same meeting.
Sir, in this condition can members ask for resignation? Which bylaws to be followed, I have asked the registrar but no reply so far.

If 2/3 members of the Committee passes a No Confidence in any office bearer he has to vacate the post.
