At present flat is on my single name, I want my wife to be associate member .Can she becomes associate member by filling form 7 or I will have to make gift deed to get her name in share certificate

To know exact position you have to find out what the Registered Bye Laws require a Primary Member to do for adding an Associate. It is your Statutory Right to inspect your CHS Bye-Laws free in Society Office. I suggest you ask for a CERTIFIED copy there of saying BYE LAWS IN FORCE TO DAY sd. Hon Secretary. Of course Copying costs you have to pay, but it will be very useful investment. After seeing bye-laws you may have more queries do write to me for guidance.
