Can an associate member, whose name is not in the share certificate, be a managing committee member or a secretary?
This associate member’s wife is the sole owner of the flat and has given in writing to make him an associate member. Also he has completed the formalities of paying Rs 100/- and getting the associate member form duly signed by the Chairman.
