Our co-operative housing is a complex of 12 building and four societies. Each of these societies have an independent MCs to run them with separate registration nos. However, some amenities are shared among all these societies e.g club house, common drive way etc. The builder had in the past provided parking from other society members in our society. Can we take any action against these non-members parking in our society.

Please ascertain if your Cooperative housing societies members have parking in other Cooperative housing societies. Assuming “No” you stop the entry of vehicles of strangers. Allot the parking to members having cars after framing a Parking Policy.
