One of theMC member who happens to be a chairman want to resign from committee to favour the ex committee member and co-opt him in the committee.Whether it is officially permissible as per new by laws,if yes what should be proceedure .Is it necessary to involve registrar.

Resignation as a Chairman and electing another current member of the Committee as a Chairman, it can be done any time. Bringing Ex-Committee member on the CHS which can be conducted by State Cooperative Election Authority, except that the present Committee has served more than half its term.
