I have purchased flat under auction from bank but the housing society is asking for the following document :-
- Application for membership in prescribed format under by laws (is there any specific format)\
- Undertaking under by laws no.19 (IV) duly stamped and notarized (is there any specific format and is it necessary)
- Nomination form (I think this should be given by the society hope I am right)
Sir please help me with the above points as society is delaying my transfer for more than 6 months now.

Answers to your questions are given in the registered bye-laws of your housing society where you have purchased the flat.
Your society‘s Hon. Secretary appears to be unhappy about your buying the flat in auction from the bank. He is wholly uncooperative.
Let me know:
- State in which housing society is registered
- Year/Number of registration
- Who is paying the maintenance since you purchased the flat?
- In whose name the maintenance bills are raised?
- Please send me scanned copy of the first maintenance bill you have paid
