I wanted to ask a few questions to Mr I C Naik,
I had to resign from the management committee due to harassment and fraudulant acts done by the secretary and other male members 4-5 men whom nobody in society is supporting but all are afraid of them. now they are afraid of me that i will speak out the truth in court and agm.
They are group of rowdy people. but they are office bearers they are already having court cases against them in cooperative court and criminal court due to their aggressive actions against some members.
They have stolen documents from office however same cant be proved as they only filed a FIR of missing documents.
I questioned them over using residence for coaching classes and they were afraid i took pictures of that and so started to harass me eventhough i am not getting involved with either party due to my ill health how can I stop harassment? Do I have to file a case against them for fraudulent withdrawal of cash from society funds?

Fighting an evil with good practice is a long route. There may be some good people of good understanding. You will have to have a repo with them to tame the conduct of office bearers Inaction of Police/Registrar is understandable. For fraudulent Cash withdrawal now even Auditors are made responsible to file FIR and if they fail they lose much more. So you can speak to auditor also.
