Most critical part is a plan of the society to satisfy the Registering Authority that as per your plan the proposed society will be economically viable. You should show the plan to the Dy REgistrar of Cooperative Societies in your Ward /Taluka whatever and make a written request to reserve name for your society. After that within 3 months you must apply for registration. Once you have reserved the name let me know I will guide you how to go about.
