This is a legal problem and not a problem strictly under MCS Act. I request learned Doctor and Lawyer (I guess LLM is for Masters In Law) to guide other cooperators by some reserach on this widely adopted practice. Sales tax and Service Tax Invoice if not signed are not valid documents under respective laws.
