I want to raise a complaint against Vaisha Co-Op Commercial Bank. I am raising this complaint on behalf of my father and mother.
Me and my family members are having couple of FD’s with Vaisha Co-Op Commercial Bank and it’s matured value is close to 19 Lacs. This is our hard earned money and these savings are from the hardships of my father and mother and an outcome of 30 years. We are a middle class family and it’s a huge amount for us.
Now, chairman of this bank Mr. Manmohan Goyal is not ready to merge his bank because of which our hard-earned money is on stake. Not only my money, hundreds of small traders and savers are feeling that their savings are in wrong hands.

Fixed Deposits are contracts and non payment on maturity is a breach of the contract for which a suit has to be filed in Civil Court having jurisdiction over the Bank.This is a long rout as it has become a practice.
A faster route is file complaint ofdeficiency in service by Cooperative bank in a Consumer Court of the District. It is less expensive and you can argue personally without hiring a lawyer.
