I am from Karnataka and I am a director in a co operative bank in Mysore. I am also Ex president of the bank. I have been elected to the board unanimously under the Professional (Banking field) director quota.
During my regime as President many modifications took place and we also implemented RBI directives etc leading us to be rated as “Well managed and sound bank” by the RBI.
A few Directors who were jealous are accusing me of petty issues. Can a director accuse me for something which in not relevant to banking subject or related to growth of the bank? But it has been taken up as an agenda. Can this be done?

Let the wrong blames be pursued by them. Nothing will happen to you if you have not done anything wrong. Petty things are never treated as big offences.
