Please suggest as I am struggling to get a MSCS registration I spent a lot of time on preparing and reading the act and finally I am feeling help less to get it register . asking for NOC from the concern states. earlier you suggest to appeal to higher authority in this case to whom we approach and if not then what is the process to get NOC from concern states

Insist for objections in writing. The reasons are liable to judicial review and if found unreasonable or arbitrary the Court will reject the objections.
