My car is damaged in the open parking space due to the brittle tree branches. The society was earlier informed about the dead branches of the trees but no timely action was taken. Please advise me whether I can get compensation from society as the same incident was happened last year.

Parking in Housing Society is at owner’s risks. So try to claim it under Insurance Policy.
Sahara credit cooperative society,,,,,is not lagging behind ,,in capturing and digesting common man money…MR Subrato Rai,,,is gulping 8nvestors money ,,in name of supreme Court orders….even supreme Court is equally responsible ,,,for dragging the judgement ,,which by any means should be delivered in 1-2 years ,,keeping in mind ,the interest of million investors…. Fraudiers list is endless,,,,SHARDA,,SAHARA. ADARSH..so on ??
