I have heard a new rule has come which regularises …extension of flower bed..modification of kitchen and bathroom drainage and making extra bathroom with an extra new soil drainage. Could you please shed light on these issues as I am one of the committee members in a co- operative society?

I have not come across any proposal to regularise changes which were irregular.
