Sir, please explain how should one process legal cases under West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act 2006 under section 139. Please explain how should one start such cases.

The Committee should send a Notice to the defaulting member to pay up the dues with in certain reasonable time as the Committee think. If dues are not paid off after that in another meeting of the Committee pass a resolution to make a request to the Dy Registrar to issue orders for recovery.
