Election in our society were held on 12.06.2016.On 21.06.2016,we called the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society ,Gurgaon. He further appointed Mr. Anil Kumar,Inspector,as Presiding Officer. He directed that election of the office bearers can be held after 15 days and now has directed us to present on 08.07.2016 to elect President,Vice President.
Please advice our query whether he could have summoned the meeting on 21.06.16 and allowed us to elect office bearers or giving gap of 15 days is mandatory.
