I am resident of U.P .I want to purchase a part of plot in Mitralok co operating housing society situated here at Meerut City Society has rule that member cannot sale plot in part .
If he sale it in part his registration will be liable to be cancelled. The plot I want to purchase is in name of 2 people . one of them is member of society . Now they sold half plot to other person . Remaining part they want to sale to me.
They asked society to make me member of society & give permission to sale.Society is not giving permission

Such matters are guided by the Bye Laws of the concerned housing Society which only members can have,So request the Society to allow you access to the Bye Laws.
