I am resident of Flat No 88, Himvarsha Apartment ,Border Roads Group Housing Society, Plot No. 103,I.P Extension,Patparganj,Delhi-110092. my flat is located on second floor. due to water leakage in my flats pipe line ,my water tank remains empty. since 21st march 2016 ,i have complained about it many times to our housing society but so far nothing has been done.our society is not providing any sort of maintenance so i would like to lodge a complaint against my Group Housing society .please let me know procedure to lodge a complaint .
