Query of Mrs D Souza

I went through your site and hope you can help me. I reside in Mumbai, I am not sure of the society number.  However it’s a registered society.

My question pertains to parking.  I have read in multiple forum that society should provide parking for new members even though builder has sold parking in the past.  I do not have parking as the original owner never purchased parking from the society and I park my car on the road.

I however come with a unique problem.  There are shops on the ground floor in my building with a boundary at a distance of 10 feet from the shop entrance. I am not sure if the boundary is part of the building common place.  One of the stores has a small hoarding on the boundary and I park my car in front of the hoarding.  They have complained to the police about the parking on the road as it blocks their hoarding which is on the boundary wall.  If I park my car, we are threatened with police complains.

What resource do I have in this instance?  We moved 6 months back to this area.
