I have given my hosting society a request to issue NOC in order to sell my flat and it has been 15 since they have acknowledged the letter but no response.
1 . On enquiring with the administration staff she said that the chairman does not live in Goa and when he decides to come to Goa the meeting will be held . But date is not known .
2.Also , according the the administration staff the society has a wait list of people wanting to buy an apartment . So those people have to be intimated . If they are not interested the flat can be sold to third party .
3.I already have a buyer and he too is getting impatient because the wait doesn’t seem to end . If the waitlist is not interested and If my buyer also loses interest then who will compensate me .
Kindly let me know . What is an appropriate wait time after which I can execute agreement of sale without waiting for society NOC .
