Sir whether I can type and then paste minutes in minutes books

Bye-law No. 142 requires that the society shall maintain the following books of accounts, records and the registers. Item m and n reads as under:
- The Minutes Book for the meetings of the Committee of the society.
- The Minutes Book for the meetings of the general body of the society.
The books have their own pages and it is not intended to have a paper pasted on it.
