Sir whether I can type and then paste minutes in minutes books

Bye-law No. 142 requires that the society shall maintain the following books of accounts, records and the registers. Item m and n reads as under:

1. The Minutes Book for the meetings of the Committee of the society.
2. The Minutes Book for the meetings of the general body of the society.

The books have their own pages and it is not intended to have a paper pasted on it.
