Election our society in D’Type category I have disputes for maintains bills society charge me excess sq.ft. to Actual carpet or built up area against that I am paid little less amount regularly to society regarding the same matter I have complete to secretary / Administrator / Deputy Registrar/ Registrar nobody is solve my matter since last 18 to 24 months so I am a defaulters pls give me advice for the same my Name is not in VOTER’S LIST

You have disputes with your CHS: One is excessive maintenance another is your name is not in voters’ list. Both these disputes can be raised only before the Cooperative Court. That is the reason why other Authorities you approached are quiet.
