I live in Pune-Maharashtra. My query is:
One of the flat owners in our society is not residing in the flat. She has given that flat on rent and is living elsewhere.
Is she eligible for becoming the Working Committee member?

There is no bar on a member to join the Committee who has sub-let his/her flat.
