I am a humble employee of a PACS . We have deposit mobilization business we are working as a mini bank in our rural area. Peoples are depend on our service. But till we have not get IFSC code . So, Sir, how can we get IFSC Code with CBS mode?

You have a Bank Account. Use IFSC code of that Bank and ge Deposits in that account. Have you got licence to do banking business, if not better check with an advocate of you are not exposed to a risk of doing business which requires a licence and you do not have one.
