House is between 2 brothers. Now sale deed is done and house is transferred on one brother against agreed money. Do we still have to pay society transfer fee .

Transfers within family do not attract any premium as per bye laws. Purchase a copy of your CHS registered bye Laws certified as such by your Secretary and satisfy yourself.
