As mentioned in the subject my query is regarding the maintenance for tuition in the building.
I reside in Mumbai where my mom used to take tuts from last 20 years and now we have shifted to building since 4 years and now the member who is not in building committee is asking us to pay extra maintenance i.e 600 regular + 1500 total 2100. So is it legal for tutors to pay more. As the same amount is very high.
Can you please assist us in this situation?
