I am residing in the state of Assam. I found the email in your website and sicking your valuable suggestion for premature withdraw of amount from “Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited”.

Actually my parent invested money (Rs.3,21,000) to the above mentioned society since 11/09/2013 and now they (my parent) want total money as they need it urgently on the next month i.e. February 2016. So they want to withdraw the whole amount before maturity date.

In this regard, when I tried to contact with Sahara India through email and written application but there is no response. So I am sicking for your valuable suggestions in this regard to help me to get the money early.

I C Naik

Placement of a fixed tenure deposit is a contract between receiver and payer of the deposit amount and its terms and conditions are all pre-agreed between the two. Premature withdrawal may be permitted under a contract and if it is so they should have no objections if you comply with the terms. If they do not replay you have to keep reminding or go and meet them.
