Dear Sir

The property was in the name of MR A. Mr A sold this property to X (Society). X provide the share certificate, Allotment letter.

MR B purchase this property from A. He have’t executed Any registree. X (Society) provide allotment letter to MR B.

Mr B is having 2 Son and 3 Daughter. Son 1, Son 2, Daughter 1, Daughter 2,Daughter 3,. All are married and seprated

MR B Transfer part of his Plot to his daughter in law of Son 2. at that time he was alive. The name of Daughter in law also registered in Society

Then Mr B expired and the remaining Plot was transferred to his Son1.

Daughter in law of Son 2 is expired and the property has been transferred to her legal hair Her Husband and Son 2.

Now the property is in the name of Son 1 and Son 2

Now the X Society wanted to dissolve the society.

Total Property value is Approx 40.00 Lakh

Society is going to do registree in all individual member.

My Question is

1) What Cost of Registration Charges and Stamp duty Son 1 and Son 2 have to Pay for the Registree.

2) if There are any discount for registration Charges original Member and 2 Member
