I am a member of Co-Operative society of Malad, Mumbai. Very recently we had a AGM of the Society. Can I ask for a copy of Video Recording as per provisions of Society Bye Laws as the meeting was covered under Video Recording.
If any member is appointed as functional director, what are his rights and duties. He should be called to attend M.C. meetings or its his right that he should be called for all M.C. meetings.
Please give me a brief idea about the above queries of mine.

What information a member can ask the Secretary to provide a member at a cost of copying necessary documents are listed in Section 32 and in bye laws. This list does not include copy of video recording so no member can insist for it as a right.
Functional Director is no less than a regular member of the Committee except that he cannot vote as such when office bearers are elected.
