The Latest Model (2014) has Bye-Law No 34 containing a Note according to which Nominee (Unless he is a sole legal heir) shall not have the right to ownership and shall not create third party interest or alienation in any way whatsoever. This prohibition does not affect other rights as a member includig join the Committee..
