Our AGM has passed a regulation to restrict any plants in balcony
If violating fine of 2500 per month
I assured to society that we will keep tulsi carefully without wastage of water. We will be responsible If external wall is damaged. But managing committee did not permit. Any remedy/solution for that because it is our traditional and religious culture. Please advice

Please keep the Plant near the window so that it gets necessary sunlight and water also does not sip in external wall of the building. Not all members could be expected to be as sincere as you, the AGM can make such regulations. AS you will appreciate the Office bearers cannot get busy in to futile litigation.
