I have applied for the Post of secretary in my village agricultural cooperative society. But they have denied the recruitment process in favour of reservation policy. There are 22 cooperative societies in our circle. But there is not a single reserved candidate as Secretary/ CEO of any society. Please suggest me Sir. What I have to do now in accordance with the law.
