This is regarding Scam of Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society Ltd, Paota Br. Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We have invested Rs. 10 Lacs (I and my wife) under their monthly income system (M.I.S.) but now they are neither paying monthly interest nor our principal amount.
We wanted to lodge FIR but the SHO of concerning Police station says the matter in being investigated by the SOG hence we cannot lodge FIR and our request letter is lying with the SHO Mahamindir Police Station as it is from last two weeks, We also visited the Police Commissioner but to no avail.

A Depositor in Credit Society is a Consumer under Consumer Protection Act 1986. Not refunding matured deposit or not paying interest is a deficiency in service and can be complained against in Consumer Court.
